• Cartons are printed with descriptions and matching user-friendly instruction manuals inside.
• For urgent samples: We coordinate air shipments via major couriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and more.
• For bulk shipping: Long-term cooperative freight forwarders help ensure cost-competitive sea logistics (PIL, APL, OOCL, CSCL, MSC, CMA, etc.).
• Import Tax: We assist clients in managing customs documentation to declare competitive values.

10-Year Warranty Terms

We provide a ten-year quality assurance warranty for this product under the following terms:

• If the product fails under normal usage during the warranty period, we will provide or return a new product free of charge based on support documentation.
• For damage resulting from improper assembly, rough handling, or failure to follow guidelines, we will provide replacement parts/items, with the cost charged to the customer.

LCL and FCL Orders

LCL Orders: Less than Container Load means order quantities do not fill a 20FT container. These are typically handled on an EX-works (EXW) basis, where products are provided ready for collection, but shipping arrangements remain the buyer's responsibility.
